Pabellón Criollo: A very authentic main dish which consists of flavorful shredded beef, rice, stewed and amazing black beans that are made from our grandma’s recipe. It is accompanied by a tasty Caesar or Reina Salad, creating a real Venezuelan tradition. As Vegetarian option, we add steamed Vegetable instead of meat.

Tres Leches Cake “Grigri”: An ultra light Cake soaked in a sweet Milk mixture and topped with fresh whipped cream, Vanilla and Cinammon. This is one of our favorite mama’s recipe.
