Appetizers

  • Beef Empanada: A small handmade pie with wheat and corn flour, stuffed with Shredded Beef.
  • Grandma’s Tequeños: These Cheese sticks, wrapped in wheat dough, are our family treasure as the recipe was passed on to us by our dear grandma.

Main Dish

  • Venezuelan Arepa “GLUTEN FREE”: A round corn pocket, grilled and crunchy on the outside while moist on the inside, handmade and stuffed with many savory fillings that are simmered slowly and made up of meat, beans, cheese or vegetables. The Venezuelan Arepa is a homemade and natural
